Sage 300 Financial Modules

At the end of the day, all ERP systems must be able to provide meaningful financial data. Sage 300 has extremely powerful and comprehensive financial modules for true end-to-end financial management.  These include General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Tax Services, and Bank Services.  In addition, Sage 300 supports Intercompany transactions, withholding taxes on AR and AP, General Ledger consolidations, AP withholding and reverse charges, and automated bank reconciliations.  All of these modules support multi-currency and multi-entity databases.  General Ledger accounts can have up to 10 segments and each segment can be defined.  Meaning true multi-dimensional financial visibility.  With Sage 300 you can make confident financial decisions based on solid, comprehensive data.

Multi Entity/Multi-currency, Intercompany, Consolidations – Sage 300 supports unlimited databases as well as multi-currency.  This allows clients to create multiple companies, both domestic and international, and create an unlimited number of currencies and exchange rates.  Transactions can be entered in any currency and Sage 300 integration allows financial information to be reported in either the home or source currency.  Intercompany transactions allow transactions that affect more than one company database to be processed in a single screen and distribute entries across multiple databases while at the same time automatically recording due to/due from transactions in each entity.  The GL consolidations module allows users to consolidate financial information and at the same time perform currency conversions to provide financial data in a single currency.
